Please read these terms carefully before using the pq999 platform. All important information regarding accounts, bonuses, financial transactions, and responsible gaming is included here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pq999 platform and all related services. By registering on pq999 or using the platform, you agree to comply with all the terms described below.

Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on pq999 and participate in any gaming activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. The platform is for adult users only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household, from the same device or the same IP address, is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all related accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. pq999 may request additional documents for identity verification if required.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on pq999 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please ensure you use the correct payment method and account number when depositing. pq999 will not be responsible for transaction issues caused by incorrect information.
Deposited funds will only be accepted in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. An identity verification process (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal is finalized.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be made proportionally to each method.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
- Nagad — Digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
3.4 Fund Protection
User funds are held in a separate account. In the event of any fraudulent activity or breach of terms, pq999 reserves the right to place a hold on funds.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳10,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳18,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This applies to the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until they have been fully wagered.
- Winnings from bonuses will be added to the cash balance, which can then be withdrawn.
- pq999 reserves the right to restrict bonus wagering on specific games.
- Wagering must be completed within the designated time period after receiving a bonus.
- If unusual patterns of bonus activity are detected on an account, the authorities may cancel the bonus.
VIP Program & Cashback
pq999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall gaming activity. Reaching a higher tier unlocks additional benefits and priority support. VIP cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited directly to your account.
pq999 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program at any time. Appropriate notice will be given for any such changes.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pq999 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Money laundering or any activity that attempts to legitimize illegal funds
- Using fraudulent payment information or stolen financial details
- Operating games through software bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Running multiple accounts from the same network (collusion)
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes
- Exploiting technical glitches on the platform
- Collecting or using other users' personal information
- Unauthorized use of pq999's brand, name, or logo

Account Closure & Termination
11.1 Closure by User
Any user may voluntarily close their account. Please withdraw any remaining funds before requesting account closure. Once the account is closed, all bonuses and promotional benefits will be cancelled.
11.2 Closure by Authorities
pq999 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Providing a false identity or information
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Long-term inactive account (after appropriate notice)
Limitation of Liability
pq999 will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Transaction losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors
- Issues arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes
- Failure of third-party services (e.g., payment gateways)
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks
- Not achieving expected winnings from gaming — gaming always carries the possibility of loss
Changes to Terms
